Terms of Service
Custom Orders
All products are custom-made based on photos you provide. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights to use the images uploaded and authorize us to create designs based on them.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in AUD and include custom design services. Payment is required in full before design work begins.
Design Process
After uploading your photos, we create a custom design for your approval. You're entitled to one free revision. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
Final designs are created by Fresh Threads and may be used for promotional purposes. You receive a license to use the design on the purchased product but do not own the design rights.
Liability
We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, customs issues, or factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
